What we do and more importantly why we do it!

To further our mission and accomplish our  vision we strive to improve youth programs and services in our community  through our Grants, to raise awareness and promote understanding  through our events and workshops and to recognize the uniqueness of  youth making positive impacts in our community through our awards and  recognition programs.

Why We Do It

1. Build Relationships: Foster trust and respect for oneself, others and community.
2. Provide Opportunities: Engage youth and adults in unique experiences  and events that encourage social, emotional, physical and mental  wellness.
3. Create Connections: Facilitate relationships between Proud To Be Me  and local resources; learning opportunities; adult mentors and  community.
